The Carpe Vinum collection is an ever-changing offering of wines that are just about to sell out; one last opportunity to seize a range of selections before they disappear from our shelves forever. Maybe it’s the last few bottles before the next vintage arrives, or a rare bottling we got so little of in the first place that we weren’t able to share it in the newsletter or in an email.
Currently, you’ll find complex and compelling whites from the Loire and Sardinia, a cellar-worthy rosso from Friuli, a traditional-method Sicilian sparkler, and a sun-baked Grenache from French Catalonia—all priced to encourage new discoveries or revisit old favorites.
